Top Ten Action Report
The Top Ten Action report is for homes that are well on their way to being staged and just need some extra direction and pointers to make sure the home is in tip-top shape. This customized report focuses on the ten most important actions you should do immediately to showcase your home.

Half-Day Staging or Redesign
If your home needs just a little extra attention and expertise UpStaged Homes will work with you on an 8-step plan to make dramatic transformations to the main areas. We will bring in accessories as well as use some of your treasures in order to complete the look of those rooms that will benefit the most. We will also take before and after photos and share the after photos with your realtor if you choose. This process can take about 4 hours.

Full Day of Home Staging or Redesign
If your home needs even more attention and expertise or perhaps your home is larger ( in excess of 2000sf or so) we can spend a full day ( up to 8 hours) making those captivating transformations. What a difference a day will make in our ability to create an emotional connection for your potential buyers. You will feel confident with an open-house ready home.

Do-it-Yourself Report
Are you a bit more hands-on? UpStaged Homes will spend up to an hour with you walking through your home to identify areas of opportunity. We will then prepare and deliver to you and extensive action plan with ideas and projects you can work on at your own pace.

Open House Weekend
This is an extensive preparation to make sure your home is ready to go on the market or ready to welcome prospective buyers during open house weekend. We work to make make sure your home is distinctive from curb appeal to all living areas. To command top dollar every home should go through our complete 2-day home staging process before being listed.

Shopping Service
UpStaged Homes will work with you to create a budget for accessories that serve as investments in the sale of your home . We know where to go and even where to get designer discounts on what we purchase for you. Taking advantage of shopping services saves you valuable time and energy so that you can focus on other important tasks.
